A LITTLE GAME. A LOUD ROOM.
Yapper.
The party word game.
Four or more people, one phone, and a race to find the right words. Yapper is a team word-guessing game for friends playing together in the same room.
This page gives reviewers, creators and society organisers the facts and assets to try Yapper and explain how it works.
The game in 30 seconds
Pick teams and pass the phone to the describer. They explain the word on screen without saying it, spelling it or giving a rhyming clue. Their teammates guess aloud before time runs out. Tap Got it! for a point, keep going, then hand over for the next turn. The app handles the words, timer and scores.
Optional Chaos Mode lets every team guess an untimed clue: the first correct team scores a point and takes the next turn. Read the full rules for the details.

“An open field full of grass and wildflowers.”
After the team guesses correctly, tap Got it! once. The next word appears while the timer continues. Tap Skip for a different card when your chosen allowance permits it.
